The Waubonsee Valley Music Teachers Association (WVMTA) is a local chapter of the Illinois State Music Teachers Association and the Music Teachers National Association. The WVMTA is dedicated to the advancement of music education through an open exchange of ideas to enrich the love and understanding of music. Its objectives are to raise the standards of music instruction and to encourage independent music teachers in the Fox Valley area of Illinois. We welcome all music teachers from Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, DeKalb and surrounding communities.
